Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of order receipt. Aromaroom will begin payment processing for orders placed on weekends or holidays on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.Typically, we will update the tracking information within 1 business days.

In an effort to process and ship orders as quickly as possible for our customers, orders are processed within 4 business hours of being submitted on the website so changes may not be made after that time. If we get the request for cancelation after we dispatch the package, we will issue a partial refund after deducting the shipping fee. Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the package will be returned to Aromaroom as an undeliverable package. In the event that this occurs, please contact us at support@aromaroomshop.com to make arrangements for reshipment.

For lot cargo shipped internationally, please contact us by emailing support@aromaroomshop.com firstly, we will provide a special offer and calculate the shipping rates and fees depending on the delivery address for your order.
