How do I pay for my order?

For credit card payments, we accept VISA, Euro Card, Master Card and JCB. 

Debit Card 

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Amex debit cards in Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland and Australia. 

In the United States, we accept those in addition to JCB, Discover and Diners Club debit cards. 

PayPal

If you don't have a credit card, you could also use PayPal directly in our web shop. If you have any problem about payment, feel free to contact us via email.

Where can I find a discount code?

A:We sometimes provide coupons on our social media sites: Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram. You can check these to see if Aroma Room has any current promotions. Welcome to follow and subscribe our social media accounts to receive our latest news.

Are there any other additional fees?

A:No. There are no extra processing fees or additional fees.

How long will it take for the duplicate payment to be paid back to me?

A:It will take up to 15 days for refund to be issued, but it is quite often sooner (within 3-5 working days), depending on your card issuer.

When will my order ship out?

A:Orders will be processed within 2 business days. Once dispatched, an email will be sent to you containing the tracking number for the parcel. 

Which shipping carrier is used?

A:Orders usually ship from Texas or California in the United States via FedEx or USPS.

What are the standard delivery times?

A:Shipping times vary depending on the delivery address for your order. Some general estimates would be: US: 5-7 business days

Where is my order?

A:As soon as your order has left the warehouse, we will send you a dispatch notification with tracking information from the carrier with a link to their website.

How much does shipping cost?

A:Shipping rates and fees vary depending on the delivery address for your order and the products you have purchased. For an accurate estimate of shipping charges please proceed through the checkout process, entering in your items and address.

What should I do if I'm having trouble placing an order?

A:For any technical difficulties you are experiencing with our website, please contact our Customer Support Team at support@aromaroomshop.com for assistance.

Has my order been successfully placed?

A:All successful order transactions will receive an order confirmation email within 30 minutes. If you have not received the order confirmation email, check your junk email or spam folder. Or else, please contact our Customer Support Team at support@aromaroomshop.com for assistance.

I forgot to add an item to my order. Can I add it to my existing order or must I place a second order?

A:Unfortunately you are not able to add extra items to an order that has already been made. Please place a second order.

Can I get an invoice of my order?

A:Yes, you can receive an invoice after placing an order via our Online payment form.

Will I get a refund if I cancel my pre-order?

A:Once the payment is done, cancellation is not allowed.  

Do you offer discounts on bulk amounts?

A:Yes, for orders of 50 or more we are able to provide a discount. Please contact support@aromaroomshop.com for a quote.  

Is the product in stock?

A:We strive to maintain sufficient inventory to meet your needs. In the rare case that a product is out of stock, you will be notified at the time of your order. We will then do everything we can to ensure that your order is fulfilled within 30 days. 

How can I cancel my order?

A:If you need to cancel your order please contact us at support@aromaroomshop.com. Please keep in mind that we strive to processing and shipping orders on the same day. Once the order has shipped, you will be subject to our return policy. 

My product was damaged upon arrival. What should I do?

A:We guarantee that at the time of shipment that your product is free from defects in materials and workmanship.

Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the product if your shipment is damaged. Unfortunately after this period or if the product was not stored as directed on the data-sheet, we are unable to honor a warranty claim.

If Aroma Room determines that there was a defect in the product sold to you, we will replace the product free of charge, or provide a full refund of the invoice price of the product.

Can I add essential oil into this cool mist humidifier?

A:No, essential oils cannot be used with this machine.

What kind of water should I use?

A:You can use both tap water and distilled water.

It is recommended to use distilled water if you have hard water with calcium and magnesium ions

What’s the best way to clean the humidifier? 

A:Please follow the tips below to clean the humidifier:

1. Before cleaning, please remove the plug and cut off the power to ensure that the machine is not in working state.

2. Clean base. Please wipe with a clean and soft cloth. Do not immerse it in water.

3. Clean outside of water tank. Please clean with a clean and soft cloth.

4. Clean inside of water tank. Please use a brush to clean the inside from the inlet, or pour neutral detergent, diluted vinegar or citric acid into the water tank for cleaning. Then pour out the residual liquid and rinse it with water for several times until it is clean up. 

How do I turn off the night light? 

A:Press power button for 1.5s, night light will turn off. Conversely, press any buttons again, night light will turn on.

What tools are included in the package?

A:It comes with a power adapter, a motorized floor brush, a aluminum extension tube, a blowing tool and a 2-in-1 crevice nozzle.

Is the filter washable?

A:Yes, the HEPA filter is washable and easy to remove.

How do you put the filter back in after cleaning?

A:Instructions for re-installing HEPA filter after cleaning the dust.

1. Reverse the machine.

2. Put the HEPA filter and filter cover in place.

3. Match the polygonal hole at the bottom of the HEPA filter cover with the polygonal column, so that the the bottom of the filter cover flat and sealed.

4. Match the filter cup with the hole of whole unit until it is fixed.
