All successful order transactions will receive an order confirmation email within 30 minutes. If you have not received the order confirmation email, check your junk email or spam folder. Or else, please contact our Customer Support Team at support@aromaroomshop.com for assistance.
Orders will be processed within 2 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking information for your parcel. The Tracking Number will be active within 24 hours.
Important: Orders that have entered the shipping process can't be modified.
We can't change the shipping address for you once you've submitted your order. If you need to update the shipping address and the item hasn't shipped yet, you'll need to request a cancellation and order again.
